RECOMMENDED:

New ‘Slatter’ aka Tobias Vet Surgery (most detailed and accurate book – for those that want to buy one book this is the one to buy)

-          Fossum – (less detailed but sufficient for the classes)

-          Zink/VanDyke – rehab/sports medicine book (basic overview – good for those that have an interest in rehab)

-          Brinker/Piermattei (for those that want to do orthopedic surgeries or want to do a residency – has some info/drawings that the other books don’t have but it is NOT a good book if one only wants to buy one book)

-          Evans/millers Anatomy
